I just started Neurontin. I have unipolar depression that is inherited. I am on other anti-depressants but since surgery in Dec. 1999, I've had several anxiety attacks and one full blown panic attack that required a call to 911. I am also still in intense pain in my lumbar region and left leg. also numbness in left foot. My grown daughter who is bi polar says it helps her nerve pain.
