Wow! I have the exact same thing. At first it made me kind of nervous - like I was cold and wouldn't be able to sleep, but then I realized it happens right before I fall asleep. Now I don't worry about it - just think to myself - Okay now I'm going to fall asleep. I don't know why it happens. I take Zoloft, 100 mg.a.m. and Benadryl 25 mg. p.m. for sleep. My body temperature is frequently all over the board. Usually my husband says I'm way too hot to sleep next to. BTW - I'm 44 - so I don't think it menopause. Let me know if you find out what makes this happen.
