Wellbutrin?

I need to change my med cocktail somewhat--this one not working enough: effexor xr 375; synthroid and cytomel; ritalin sr 20 mg 2x/day; and serzone 225 in the evening.

Another thought is to add Wellbutrin and eventually lower or go off the effexor. Any thoughts?
