Erynn,
I started to respond some to Wellbutrin after two weeks but I was still on Nortriptyline at the time. Once I dropped the Nortrip I had to increase my Wellbutrin from 150 mg to 300 mg. I currently take the SR version so I only take it once per day. I would say that if you aren't getting ANY effect within a month from the start you should talk to your doc about it.
