> hi everyone:
> I'm here again. I've really missed the board, but the last month has been good a one. Over the last couple of years on meds, I've managed to put on about 20 pounds. I'm no longer on meds that cause weight gain ie. seroquel, depabloat and numerous others. However, I can't seem to lose the weight caused by these guys to begin with. Exercise, moderate eating still doesn't seem to help. I play tennis, run around with my child and still can't drop the weight. I'm not fat - still a size 8 (used to be a 4). Am I doomed to be at this weight cause of the meds, or is there a decent diet type of pill out there that I can use to supplement my diet? As always, I appreciate your help and advice!I've gain 30lbs when i was on zyprexa & theses last two months i took it off, by not eating juck food all the time glass of milk in the morning,we get meals at work & since it's a nursing home it all healthy(not the greatest food to eat).good luck losing weight.
