so far, what i know as depression-a complete disinterest in absolutely everything-has been in remission for so long that i don't even remember when the remission started. the seroquel/serzone and OCCASIONAL clonopin cocktail is working wonderfully. on the two occasions when the clonopoin simply WASN'T necessary for sleep, once i slept fine and the other i awoke too early and was a bit mud-headed until i got on the trail with my friend b. and we larfed, joked, and generally filled the air with mostly senseless silliness right up to almost 10,000 ft. of elevation. all this cycling (recumbent-not the other kind) really kept me going quite strongly. the bush whack descent he chose wasn't such a stellar idea, but it was the cardiovascular reaction to altitude that i was concerned with and an unnecessary concern it was indeed.
i almost have the house together, the garage is, well, a garage, and will also be eventually a functional workplace. thanks to the meds and a GREAT shrink who doesn't mind doing his thing long-distance, i am quite happy here.
i wish you all well. ah LUVS this mountain air!!
