A couple of years ago I had the same thoughts. Suicide was almost an obsession and I did make an attempt but was rescued. The one thing that saved me from these thoughts was Zyprexa. I still take 7.5 mg/day and I notice it if I miss more than one dose. It really has been a lifesaver for me. Try to give it some time. It takes a few weeks to get adjusted to it but it's worth the wait.
