Hello, again, I think I'm feeling better

Thanks to all of you for your responses. This board had helped me tremendously.
One Day at a time, one step at a time! I've lowered the Paxil to 15 mg and the Buspar is helping, I believe. Or perhaps, it is the lower dose of Paxil.

I have hope again, thanks to all of you!
I'll keep plodding along.
