Which basicly reports lower bone density in the depressed (ostioperosis). That's a no-brainer as most depressed people have elevated CRF levels resulting in lower Growth-Hormone levels, lower testosterone levels, and higher cortisol (catabolic in action) levels.
This guy Nemeroff, his lab, and others at Emory University have published lots of interesting papers on HPA disregulation from depression and increased coronary risk factors.

I'm seeing a Dr. Dluhy next week, who has published on the link between hypertension and elevated cortisol levels and would like to take anti-glucocorticoids as an adjunct to AD's. This was suggested in a PNAS paper last January by a bunch of NIH authors.
