Thanks for listening .This sounds exactly like me!!!! I feel for you. Talktoyour doc about Effexor XR. I was on the same meds as you....same feelings. The nausea of the Paxil does go away but it also numbs emotions. (That's what happened to me.) The Effexoris like the paxil but keeps more of yourself. If you are anything like me you feel down, tired, fatigued, sad, defeated, frustrated, and you feel like nothing will help. That wasme. Effexor has me feeling....dare I say.....normal. As with any medication it is different for everyone. I started on 75mg. , and it has worked greaat. Above all check with your doc!!!
