Missed Dosage

I've been on Serzone for about four months. I take 100 mg before bed. In the past four months, I've probably forgotten to take it maybe five or six times, the most recent being this past Sunday. I've noticed that the day after I'm extremely nauseous and end up vomiting sometime that night. Has anyone else had this experience and if so have you found a way to ease it.
