Give the Celexa at least a 6-week trial in order to determine its effectiveness.
You may have your doctor prescribe low-dose Elavil for chronic-headaches, cyclobenzaprine for a killer headache, or you can just take OTC remedies for the duration of the treatment.
I don't know about the alchohol bit.

As for side effects, i've had headaches everyday since i started (two-weeks ago) and the 'stomach problems' aren't much fun either... how long does it usually take to begin lifting one's mood or decreasing anxiety? I don't reckon i've felt any change yet...
