Is this Bipolar II?

I've lost the response to ADs two years ago. For some time
effective for me were: Topamax, Neurontin, Sulpiryd and Geodon together with Reboxetine.
When I'm on antidepressant, I experience no energy, lethargy, lack of concentration and anxiety.
Recently all these symptoms were helped with Gabitril - anticonvulsant. Does it mean I'm bipolar II? (no manias)
