i was prescribed this combination for extreme fatigue and tiredness. wellbutrin 300mg and provigil 200-400mg (plus effexor 300mg)my doctor thought it was a reasonable combination.
i gave it up though after 15-20 days as i felt no real benefits (but then nothing really helps my tiredness)
