I was on thorazine (just 50mg) for four months 10 years ago. As a result I developed what the doctors called parkinsonism - i.e. not parkinsons but many of the milder symptoms - like my hands and legs trembling the whole time. It took about three years after discontinuing the drug before the tremors finally left me. But the key thing is, they did leave me completely. I guess maybe the brain has some ability to heal itself sometimes - depending I would guess on the extent of the damage done by the chemicals.

I do hope you find your difficulties gradually improving over time as mine did.
