> First, thanks to all who responded to me about side effects and going cold turkey on effexor. Talked to my doc and I'm back down to 75 mg daily. Seems to be helping but there's still something that is aweful...

If so, do you have anything that you have done that helps with this aweful, embarrassing problem? The meds are helping with the anxiety and depression a lot BUT one thing that has always been positive in my life is both my emotional and physical relationship with the love of my life. He's extremely patient and understanding but from a purely selfish point, this is aweful.

Sex and desire is too much sometimes but it aint perfect my orgasm is crap and takes forever.
Even the buspar I usually take doesn't bring any feeling.
The bits are xtremely sensitive but the orgasm isn't.......?
Best thing I've found is to lower my dose or miss a pill(i rarely do this since dose increase) if you can handle the discontinuation hell.
Strange thing though sometimes the side effects go away...then return or get new ones.
Give it some more time when I was on 75mg, the orgasm + desire returned.dreamer hornybut-orgasmfree.
