Prozac + Pindolol + Zyprexa

Hi Babblers,
Can anyone tell me what the theoretical effects would be of taking Pindolol, a 5-HT1a agonist, with Zyprexa, a 5-HT2 antagonist, along with Prozac, an SSRI? 5-HT1a agonists and 5-HT2 antagonists both potentiate SSRIs individually. Is there an obvious reason why I haven't seen all three of these combined? Thanks.
