excess dopamine and meds

Hello, if one suffered from excess dopamine, ie. parinoia, anxiety, etc, how does benzodiazipines help this or will it help. would a low dose of say zyprexa, be favorable then say .5mg of xanax.
i feel loss of gaba is secondary to excess dopamine when coming to parinoia and anxiety feelings.
