Hi Petters.

This is the right place to ask questions like this one. I have no personal experience with Remeron.

Are you experiencing anxiety, heart palpitations, or dizziness? Perhaps chronic Remeron is increasing cortisol levels and leaving you vulnerable to infection. Too much norepinephrine release?

Lamictal can produce a chronic throat irritation that feels like an infection. Have you raised the dosage recently? Have you experienced dandruff (seborrheic dermatitis), dry scalp, or dry skin on your face? I don't know if there is a pharmacokinetic interaction between Lamictal and Remeron.

Wild guesses. :-)
