NO Klonopin is benzo which binds gaba receptors and calms you down, plus has muscle relaxing properties, and at higher doses for sleep. I take 1mg of klonopin and helps me through the day. I do get tired, but due to my anxiety, it helps alot. I drink tea if i get too tired, no coffee or ill begin to have anxiety.
celexa is also good for anxiety, causes the least anxiety out of the ssri's. Welbutrin may rev you up and make you more anxious. Ask your doc about desipramine, which boosts norepinephrine, but does not cause anxiety at lower doses, but gives you some energy.

.5mg of klonopin is also average dose for anxiety. Some people may need more , like me, who are over anxious and phobic. I feel i have excess dopamine, but my pdoc wont give me an antipsycotic, because i dont hear voices hallucinate and all that stuff.
