How to get a body to burn energy while medicated

Ever since I been taking these medications I have been gaining weight food intake is the same, drink the same amount of water. Only diference is the pills , paxil,or celexa,wellbutrin,and some beta drugs. Does this happen to anyone else I feel bloated and lethargic. but activity is the same, oh one more thing less sexual desire,can that have to do with it no libido no pumpim the muscles up no burning energy. What you all think?
