Do your problems seem to stem from specific life events. Are your problems triggered by stress? Do your problems seem nonexistent when times are good.

Which antidepressants have you tried, and what sorts of effects did they have on you.


Some people with symptoms of dysthemia don't really have any periods of major depression at first, but when left untreated they often advance and branch out.

Symtpoms of dysthemia can branch out to ADD, social phobia anxiety etc.

You could try things like magnesium, blueberry extract, st. johns wort, or perhaps a low dose of a a tryclic like amitryptaline.
