Effective Trileptal dosage

I'm on Trileptal as a mood stabiliser for bipolar type 1. I know that most Type 1 need more than one stabiliser if they are using something like Trileptal but I have had reactions to everything so Trileptal is all I've got!

For those of you who take Trileptal I was wondering at what dosage did you start to feel a positive effect. I'm at 450 mg now which I know is low but I am taking it slow. I am still cycling though.

So what dosage did Trileptal start working for you and at what dosage did you end up at?
