> We just started Guanfacine for my 10yr old. He has ADHD,impulsivity, hyperactive type and just diagnosed with bipolar I. Rx'd as .5mg in the PM for 1 week and then add .5mg in the AM. We are now in day 2 of the BID dosing. No obvious results yet. I would like to hear if anyone else has read/experienced any impact positive or negative in using guafacine/Tenex in this way.
