Cycling MDD? Sounds like a subtype of bipolar. What exactly are your symptoms? Lamictal works well in combination with an AD. Sounds as if you need an activating AD for you fatigue. I take effexor and Lamictal. When I hit 200mg, life felt normal for once in years. Still going strong. Been on it for eight years now.PB
