TIaneptine + SSRI / SNRI ?

Does anyone have any experience with combining tianeptine (stablon) with an SSRI or SNRI, both at full strength? I"m curious if they both essentially would negate each other, or if there is "other stuff" going on with tianeptine independent of it's serotonin accelleration, such that it wouldn't conflict with the SSRI.
Basically trying to throw everything at the wall here, seeing what's going to stick. Have a 20 day supply of tianeptine left and figured might as well go through it, hopefully it will have a positive effect on my mood although I am taking Effexor + Nortriptyline as well, and have milnacipran on order.
