Why does food taste so good on lexapro - scared

Only been on 5mg for 2 weeks but already food tastes so much nicer and im sure it is releasing dopamine easier than when I wasn't on lex. Its hard to tell when im full also. No wonder so many gain weight on this med. Scary stuff.
