NRIs amerliorating Parnate fatigue?

Posted by ed nieg on February 2, 2019, at 14:16:54

Doctors and I have decided on Parnate to maintain response after ECT. I have taken Parnate before and experienced some good effects, but they weren't really worth the debilitating fatigue that set in around noon and didn't lift for several hours. I have heard that MAOIs deplete norepinephrine, and I'm thinking this is why it happens; has anyone had success augmenting an MAOI with an NRI like Nortriptyline or Reboxetine to resolve fatigue issues? Thanks.
