Do your psychotic symptoms only present when you are depressed? I have talked to people on other forums that were in that boat.. they concentrated on keeping the depression at bay and that was enough.
Some doctors may not like that approach. so much emphasis on liability nowadays.
I wouldnt touch venlafaxine, but thats just me. Very bad experience with that.
What about trying MAOI?
