Very little damage. Long-term use at high dose does produce significant damage though.

No, you didn't. What you are describing is a typical "come-down" syndrome. It is normal fatigue, from having stayed up long, compounded by the withdrawal effects of the drug. Meth releases dopamine, which produces a high, but this drains the stores of the neurotransmitter, and it will take some time before the levels are back to normal,

If the low persists, it is hardly due to physical damage, but more likely due to a failure of homeostasis, which means there is a chemical imbalance remaining, and this may mimic depression (or burnout). This, however, is too early to tell in your case.

That said, however, there is also a possibility that the drugs you took were contaminated with more toxic substances. Some toxins *can* produce rapid damage.
