Given that both of these supplements *SEEM* to be helping me at present to some degree, I was contemplating upping the dose a bit to see just how much good they can do me.
I'm mindful however that excess quantities of both of these can cause problems. I'm currently taking 50mg B6 and 15mg Zinc, morning and night and was considering adding in a midday dose. Any comments?
Also while i'm here, I've often considered Organic Germanium (Geoxy132?). Based on the body (and brains) demand for oxygen, I was wondering if this may be of any help. Has anyone tried it?
