Tried most of those myself and none of them have helped my anxiety.
The thing is though, we are all individuals and things like anxiety and depression IMO (and others opinions) are not disease states but more symptoms or manifestations of underlyaing problems and/or defeciences.
What i'm trying to say in a round about way is try them and see for yourself. Just because something doesnt work for me (or anyone else) doesnt mean it wont work for you.
What i'd suggest is find a list of possible herbs/vitamins/minerals that purportedly help such symptoms and try them all a couple at a time and get a feel for which ones help and which ones dont and then try combinations of those that do help you in an attempt to tailor the regime to your individual body chemistry.
I'd add the vitamin B3 (in its niacinimide form) to your list also, along with L-theanine and Picamilon (I want to try Picamilon next).
Sorry I couldnt be more specific, but hope this helps a little.
