..or give a combo of raw almonds, raw carrot and a few leaves of baby spinach a go ...oh and add some pink coloured meat..like bacon and corn beef too...oh and you'd better add in your kelp as well as that may balance out the the possible iodine uptake interference.
Kelp is a source of iodine as well as other nutrients..it could increase your energy level if you had a borderline shortage of iodine?..depending on your soil content...
Some foods that may interfere with the uptake of iodine include raw :
cabbage, kale, Brussels sprout, cauliflower, broccoli, Kohlrabi, turnips, rutabaga, rapeseed, brown (Indian), black, or white mustard, garden cress and radish, soybeans, skins of peanuts, almonds, and cashews.
