Hey Glydin --
sorry it took me so long - I've been very busy with stuff!
You know that EPO is best taken with omega 3 right? I think you need the EPA from omega 3 to make the good inflammatory prosta-s from the GLA? I believe this to be true because a long time ago I tried eating a lot of EPO without taking fish oil as well and my eczema got worse. Ironically at a separate time I had tried taking fish oil and had a little bit of sucess (but I was only taking weak strength EPA and not together with the EPO).
Of course I am assuming joint pain is related to inflammatory conditions like eczema and it might not be. But I wouldn't be surprised if it is.
It's very good you've found some relief/healing with medication - what are you taking? I've never gone on meds but I know if I ever arrived at a point where I'd had enough I would go to it - I've never had a doubt about that. I have always thought it's better to continue living than to die (which one does emotionally with depression).
I wish you all the best. I do find EPO particularly helpful with calming me down, for whatever reason - and also lessening alcohol craving (I try to drink very, very little and succeed with these oils).
Let me know how it goes -
and you can have the cold weather from here - it's crap/sucks (depending on whether your NA or English!) My hormones go bezerk when the sun comes out.
