That's going to be tough!
Can you go to visit for a while before the actual move? Let her help pick out the house, build up having a room to do? Visit the school. Maybe she could meet a couple of people and they could communicate via email to get to know one another before the move?
Maybe now scheduling times her friends could come visit once you're settled would help. Have a different person every month or so. It would give her something to look forward to once you're there and still let her feel connected to the friends she's leaving.
Don't be too hard on yourself. Only she can determine if her high school years are good or bad!
