I like playdoh because it's fairly easy to clean up, but if you're not really concerned about that, there's also glitter and finger painting.

My guy also likes to help with some household cleaning. Folding the laundry, sweeping, and general picking up.

Or baking is always fun. He's learning to measure and loves to pour and mix.

Have you looked into library story times or anything like that?

Oh, and do you have a Halloween pumpkin carved, yet? n was surprisingly good at taking the "guts" out.

Whatever you do have fun!

P.S. I'd highly recommend washable crayons. :)
