I know this is *really* dumb and unimportant, but if you don't mind humoring me, feel free to read on.
I'm very lucky to be naturally on the slim side (I say lucky but keep in mind that when I used to take certain antidepressants I blew up a good 60 lbs. over my current weight--yikes!--but that's for another post). Basically, I eat what I want within reason and my weight stays at 120 lbs. Sometimes I'll gain a couple or lose a couple, but invariably it returns to this magic #.
While I'm reasonably happy at this weight, I am a petite person and think I could look so much better if I could just get down 5 lbs. However, my body rebels any time I drop below 118 and I eat everything in sight. Is there any way I can "reset" my body's natural weight? I exercise a bit (weights, mostly) but have never been a fan of aerobics.
