KK, I'd love to carry you back to health :(
I'm sorry that this has been such a long battle. Please hang in there, and contact pdoc if you go below 18.5. I know how you look, and I think that 135 is probably a little too low for you. My goal weight is 140, and that's with a little muscle on my. I'm also 1.5 inches shorter than you.
try eating small snacks. Ice cream. And also some regular exercise may help with the appetite. I hope that once you aren't doing so much active childcare that things will settle down a bit.
Think of yourself as having an inner kiddie (don't snicker) that needs nourishment to keep up the playtime. When you feed duckie, try to enjoy some of his cheese cubes and cheerios. Think of yourself as a toddler running around, getting into trouble everywhere. Keep yourself nourished. I know you're a good mom. I bet you can be a good mom to your own tummy too.
If you notice that despite the weight loss that you still have some problem areas, try doing some really simple exercises- 10 push ups, 30 sit ups etc, just one commercial break, and it is better than nothing.
hugs,
-Ll
