Stir Fried Weasel

I once went to a restaurant that had 'Stir Fried Weasel' on the menu.
For various reasons (one of which was having young children) I failed to order it.
I wondered where the weasel was.
Could it be in the fridge?
If so, for how long?
Or hanging around out the back, with the also menued hedgehog?
