I'm usually a rather picky eater and the topamax has taken away my appetite. And I have to say, if it's not there, don't use it. But, I've also noticed after this weekend, my mother and sister eat the exact same way. I only overeat usually if I'm depressed. (Sorry, I'd rather not give out my stats, but I'm not unhealthy at all. I'm in a normal weight range.) I try to only eat if I'm hungry. And if I'm not Very hungry until later in the evening, then I wait until my boyfriend comes home from work so we can eat dinner together. I'll force myself to eat before working out, so that I won't pass out. But will something small like triscuits work? And please don't suggest I go off topamax. It's my wonderdrug :) And please don't be concerned that I have an eating disorder, as I'm fairly certain that isn't the case. I'm not forcing myself not to eat, just making sure I don't overeat. (Somehow that sounded better in my head :)) Anyway, my therapist knows so don't be alarmed. I let it slip when I was talking about my fear of cancer....
