Yes, that and time changes themselves.

Oh, I hear you on that. My recent vacation was glorious, but the trip home made me feel like heck.

> Thanks, all.I hope you're already starting to feel better. Just getting back on a solid sleep and med routine is the best treatment. If sleep is still difficult to get (the jet lag thing), melatonin can help you get your body synchronized again. The dose that works for different people is quite variable, however. Once you figure out your dose, you'll know what it is, for later treatments.....but the effective dose can be anything in between 0.3 mg and 6 mg. Many people get good effects at the lower end of the range. Take about one hour before bedtime.
