I'm not familiar with that particular vitamin regimen, but I'd recommend using some combo that's consistent with your eating habits and personal nutritional needs. I really like a book called "The Diet Cure" by Julia Ross which has suggested vitamin, amino acid & mineral supplement regimens for people with different nutritional needs - not just to lose weight but also to conquer food addiction and improve overall health. The only real drawback I've seen is that it's not totally vegetarian-friendly, but if you're a vegetarian I think there are ways around it. I used it when I was withdrawing from gluten (the theory is that foods you're actually allergic or intolerant to can become addictive) and it helped so much.
