I think they're allowed to list 0 grams trans-fat if they have less than 0.5 grams per serving. (And you know their idea of a "serving" is usually about one bite). So you ALWAYS need to read the ingredient list too. Yeah, this makes me furious too. The most amazing things have trans fat. Frozen wild salmon. Healthy, you'd think. No, has trans fat. Cecilia
