I feel like I'm getting dementia from time to time, but language skills are the only ones I retain, so I don't know. (I've had a vasectomy.)
You know that there used to be an operation supposedly to extend life that involved rerouting the semen into the body?
I don't know the name of the operation, but WB Yeats had one done on him.
