yes, they interact. Seroquel decreases the metabolism of a carbamazepine metabolite (active one). I take both but quite low dosage. Simply because they both help me and I dont know an alternative. (trileptal is crap)

Just be aware that you can "overdose" on one tegretol metabolite if you take Seroquel.
