Hi,
Sounds like your in a rough situation - I have some similar symptoms myself. I don't have the expertise to comment much on Memantine an Lamotrigine, except to suggest that there's some data that seem to indicate Lamotrigine is not helpful in the long term (though starting it or increasing the dose makes one feel momentarily better, and reducing dose makes one momentarily worse) - seven of eight large studies on it failed to show a lasting AD response.
I wanted to mention that some studies on the EPA/DHA seem so suggest that it may be helpful for mood and cognitive issues, so that might be a good idea. EPA-heavy fish oil might be the best stuff for that...hard to say. But it seems to be dopaminergic, from what I've read.
Best of luck.
