In other words, the SE's completely changed to the point I had to go off of it. So I tried Lexapro and experienced similar SE's. I tried Cymbalta but it made me more anxious. I tried Wellbutrin and the TCA's and became hyper. I tried prozac and after a month it made me SEVERELY DEPRESSED. Even the benzodiazepine's make me depressed in a weird numbing way. I tried to go back on zoloft and it made me more anxious!

You might want to check into hypo/hyperglycemia, pre-diabetes/metabolic syndrome, etc.

I'm going through the same thing and am convinced
SSRIs messed up my hormones/endochrinal system.

I have the same symptoms you listed above: confusion, mental and physical lethargy, muscle ache, and non-restful sleep...

Initially I took Zoloft for depression 7 years ago, and have been on off various SSRIs and Wellbutrin since then. I've never been the same. I was recently diagnosed with fibromyalgia, which is the catch all diagnosis when doctors do not know what is wrong with you and do not want to take the time and effort to determine what is wrong.
