I'm so lost

I just don't understand how to get on the boards in here. I see the list of different boards and click on the one I want to read but it just sends me back to the same page.

By some fluke I got on the withdrawl board to post yesterday but can't get back on today.

Please help, somebody!

I just don't get it at all and can't find out how to work this no matter how hard I try.
