I have a bit in common with you. Struggled with AD's til I found the right one, although not with the rEEG. I also added light therapy and a few supplements, and for the most part it's been a huge help.

At the moment, I'm back in the pit, for a number of reasons, but reading your post gives me hope again. I'm so pleased you posted here.
