Hi, Welcome to babble. There is a board here for withdrawls. I had to unwillingly stop Cymbalta cold turkey when my blood pressure rose too high, and I agree - it's horrible.
Taking Benadryl helped me kind of lurch through it - and my head hurt as well.

Hope you're feeling better soon (and check out that board.) Feel free to join a thread or start a new one.
